Badly optimised.

Try reducing the number of frames and the actual physical size of the animated gif.

I realise that it may appear to be a converse situation, but reducing the number of frames will probably result in a smoother animartion rather than the more choppy version you have.

If you need help or assistance, please write back.

i don't understand how this whole thing is set up. the page is titled after effects, then you have all this data in a table and a bunch of other crap. what for? and why is the swf so big? the logo doesn't even look like a logo and it's not much of an animation if al it does is change a color.

it wouldnt. first of all a logo shouldnt really be animated imo. it's an identity for you. i mean it can have an animation on your webpage or something, maybe a gleam or something, but what about if it was on your business card? or on a product you made? yeah, see, things become different. Even if it was on a site you designed as a job, the animation would be distracting from the real site.

Plus it's kind of ugly with the colors you've got

i say stick two like 2 or 3 colors, dont make it ridiculously colorful. It's a logo, not an acid trip.
