Really, its not at all bad. In fact, it's pretty good.

I would freaking love to see you "lead" the type on the letterhead to at least 20pts. Then get it spaced off the logo a bit more. I think it would look teriffic running down the page more. Its a bit too tight right now. The logo itself is pretty damn nice as well. The "wave" is inconsistant on where it ends on the different items, but thats minor. I think you just need to work on the information text and you got yourself a nice corporate package.

If you can send me a jpeg of the letterhead, I can show you exactly what I am thinking about.

yeah, I'm having a hardtime figuring out how to layout the text block, I'll email you the file to have a look. Yeah I just printed it and I had to bump the type up to 10pt and what not.

well, I did all the leading space, but she didnt like my logo because it was to literal, and the whooshes she hated.
