Nice shoes, I really like the latest additon. ^^. Nice colors and texture. No funny text though. :(

haha very nice. And yheah i was expecting some witty commentary up top.... lol

anyway yeah. I think they all pwnz0r, but i always seem to have a problem with the dimensions of the shoe. Maybe it's me, but i'll give you my two cents aynway.

on shoe 1, it seems too short. if it were stretched vertically a little more maybe it would be better.
shoe 2, same deal.
shoe 3, it seems like it's slanting from the bottom left to the top right. That might be because of the part of the shoe were the Achilles tendon is. it's coming outward from the bottom of the shoe rather than inwards... i'm looking at my shoe now and i'ts going inwards anyway.. lol maybe its different with your shoes. I'm wearing converse all stars and they're bending inwards anyway :P
4th is fine.

Though I notice with all of them that the soles are completely flat. you don't see that with sports shoes like running shoes, usually they'll have a jagged edge or a part where the sole comes up at the middle of the foot to contour your foot, usually completely flat soles are with skating shoes or tennis shoes or something. (lol again looking at my own shoes and they have flat soles lol)
