Here is what you should do...
Go to image -> rotate canvas -> 90 * CW hehe
Damn you can't be that lazy lol.
Still love the photo!

i know.. but my computer is so slow it takes ages to open photoshop!!!

You don't even have to open Photoshop. Just open it in Windows Fax and Picture viewer and click a button. One button. Nice picture, though.
