Hi everyone, I'd like your C&C on my logo. I've only used Fireworks in the past and I'm just starting with Photoshop (v6). Please let me know what you think. Also, any ideas on a background to go with the logo? Thanks! Link Removed |

add the effect of the second image to both of the texts, and sometimes things just doesn't need a background. Just my two cent. |

Take off the bevel and just have the two D's and the two N's with that perspective as you have it now. That would be a good logo. What you have now is a couple words with some big letters and a couple layer styles - not really a logo. If you want to go this way, I would suggest changing the font, and taking off the bevel. But I would say to have the DN DN as your logo and then always write the name as Declan Design so that people can see where its coming from. tom |

Kill the bevel and change the font, then stretch the D and N.

Good point about it not being a logo. I like the idea of condensing it to just the Ds and Ns. I really appreciate your replies, it helps a lot. |
