This is just a rough concept version of it. Done in like 20 minutes. I still have to sketch out roughs and stuff, but I wanted some C+C on this because I thought it came out pretty well:

I know the gray is kinda dark, but I'll change that in the final version. Just turn up your monitor's brightness for the time being. Thanks.

the classic part is not readable at all, it definatly has an ol movie feel however, i think the back shadow on the text should go , makes it look pixelated

I agree with mikey, however I would leave the drop shadow of the text alone. It looks good to me.

Thanks for the replies first off. I know the "classic" parts are dark, I did the logo on my g4 and everythings super bright. I'll change it before I print it out.

This is the logo in use:

I think I'll put it on the shopping bag part of the product. (Have to do logo, letterhead, business card, envelope, shopping bag, poster, print ad, shopping bag, and cd cover.)

if you plan on printing that, good luck. the classic films and classic settings already are using a difficult face to read in small sizes, then you throw in the gradiant that makes it more difficult. I would get rid of those unless its required, but once you print it out im sure you will change it.
