the clone tool you can actually copy the eyebrows, the best way to copy a spot to another. see the clone tool lets you"Paint" with sample pixes from anothe part of the same image.

Glad it doesn't show her entire body. Might be a little ... scarey. You should put a hand next to her face thats holding a razor. :D
