Why are her lips blue? I also have used heathrowe's tutorial, but not for work as a final product. I used it while working on this site, and it worked pretty well..

Since I'm no expert on females and their makeup, I can't answer that question, hehe..No, I don't know why I chose a bluish tone to the lips, just made sense just then ;/
