2 logos, help me choose.

Hey there, ho there! Well, I'm working on my site redesign, and I was trying to make some logos for it. I came up with 2 quick like, and am not sure which to use. here they are:

I sorta lean towards the first one... the second one looks like I was 2inspired lol, but I really wasn't going for that look, it just came out that way. And my site is not a web design site. So what should i go for? The name of the site is cybergecko. Should I just start over?

Sorry to say I didn't like both of them, maybe black is not my color I dont know but if you needed to choice. use the first one

Id say 2 without the Circles around it. ;)

I'd say NUMBER ONE without the circles around it - maybe an ellipse. But do something to vary it a little bit. As an outline - its good - but not as a logo. And yes do get rid of those jaggies

Ok here's a pic of #1 logo being used on my new site for a header. I'm not sure if I got rid of the jaggies or not. And I haven't changed the circle yet.
