You know on flash 5 or so?

Hey there... i was wondering... you know on flash 5 or so... i can't remember because its only at where i was working... there is an option called trace bitmap.... do you know if there is anyway to do an effect EXACTLY like this on photoshop... lol of course i'll try close enough effects but any help would be appreciated...

Why don't you just download the trial of flash mx, and do it on there?

lol o right... yeah but it won't last for ever will it? Also it might look better if there is an alternative of photoshop... because on flash u have to print screen becuase otherwise it doesn't come out the full size

i just downloaded flash MX trial... and it doesn't work... so it looks like i'm gonna need that photoshop help after all!

this is not exactly what you want, but sometimes if i want to fake a vector feel, I just use the cutout filter on an image.

filter > artistic > cutout

you have to play with the settings a bit
