The only thing i might suggest...is you could rescan the flag (scan it large..like the size of your image) and use some blending modes. That way you could use the color/shapes of the flag to bring out parts of the image. I think it would come out fairly interesting. Just a suggestion :-P

hehe, I'd be amazed if you did get that kind of quality of a scan for the flag :p .

Looks great to me, although the flag seems a bit too...out of place, I don't think that's what I'm trying to say though...It looks good there, maybe just blended with the bg or something...I dunno, I still like it though, good job.

Added another picture with overlay for the flag, etc. I don't like it as much but its what you guys suggested so ... how do you like it?

hmm i think it's better than the first one. imo the flag in the first one just stood out too much.
