Looks cool. I'm just guessing render clouds, play with some adjustments of color and contrast and stuff, and wind blast? Anything I miss, or not made this way? I'm just curious...

no render clouds, adjusments yes, no wind blast ;) , thats my lil trick,

but hey looks kool, and no not many filters envolved

Hm...now I really wanna know what you did thta wasn't wind blast, unless that 'blasted' looking image was already like that. I'll taking a guess at smudge, but I'm doubting it...? :p

lol no its a filter that i found, i just adjusted it, there are about 3 filters in that pic
