I was surfing the net and I saw a cool looking tutorial so I edited it a bit (it was the squares in the background one)

tell me what you think I made it in about 20 minutes (I tryed to put a fireball in but it just wasn't working with me)

Remove the inner glow and the fade gradient and you're set for a below average wallpaper.

thx for letting me know that I just found out that our webserver crashed and doesn't seem to want to start again ;) I'll get it up and running asap

nice pic, im not to fond of the pic o the dude at the bottom ,

i think it ruins the picture,
not that fond o cartoony anime anyway

Well it's not that bad imho : actually there's something one can do with those tiles. Probably not using them all over the picture, but juste surrounding one object to emphasize it with a fusion mask to make them fade pretty fast on a clean and simple background. Perhaps with larger tiles though. I'm not very clear, but I'd say you should experiment more with them, you can get something at the end...
