I dont really like it. Its a bit large. But i do get the idea though. Maybe make it smaller....change that dark blue color (its hard to see against black...) and add some detail. Maybe a bit of grunge to go with that idea....

um if u didnt tell me that said construct i wouldnt have a clue what that said.

im not to fond of it mainly because its not readable

It looks a little bit too much like it was done in MS Paint to me. I think its because all of the lines are the same width and only two colors are used. Also I think you should make it more readable and get rid of the 1px diagonal lines because they look really bad.
