I think it would look a lot better if you used a sans-serif font. But I tell that to everyone so no surprise there. Maybe some dark grey text as well to spice things up in the body.

Idon´t like the ending part of the layout, it sort of just breaks and I think you shouls work more on the bottom part. Other than that It looks good. And The text positions are great .!

It isn't really showing the ending part of the layout, it is a top shot mostly. I changed it up a little taking some of NL's comments.

(note I touched up the orange line a little so the vertical one furthest to the left doesn't go through the bottom most horizontal line)

to much gray change the colors up some gray is so dole...

www.mszstudios.net/mszstudios6.gif looks to be like the one I am going to be going with. Any more opinions?

The girl and surfer d00d(or whatever that is haha) see a little cut-off, might try moving them down a pixel or two and see if they look any better. Other then that GJ.

There isn't really a top to the girl on the right, the image was like that and the surfer CHICK I may try bumping HER down, see how it looks there.

Put more stuff. whatever that may be, just put something so that I don't lose interest and fall into a coma 4 seconds after opening the link.
