I love the painting, the hair is simply awesome. Everything else is in perfect balance.

Yes I did and....ha - you wish!!
seriously now - well - I'll ask her...the photo is kinda...ahem! - oh well, nothing too shameful showing up but I still gotta ask her - she'll be home tomorrow - now she's at the seaside getting a tan...
As for how long it took - about 6 hours - there's a lot of shapes involved - I made her a 1meter by 60 cm poster for her b-day and I used that drawing....
