I was mocking that very movie. I know it's NOS, Nitrous Oxide Systems for the name of the company, and NO(with a subscript 2) is the stuff used. NAAAWWWZZZ is just a way to make fun of it. Since you get these wimpy little 1.6L Civics, with like huge bottles of the stuff, and the fugly body kits, and the huge spoilers, and the underglow.. you know... RICE!!

NOS is safe if used correctly. If you build your engine around the fact that you are going to use NOS, everything should be fine. Same case as in a turbo or super motor. As long as it is built correctly, you shouldn't have too many problems. NOS doesn't give you extra boost. It cools the air/fuel mixture going into your engine. This produces a denser mixture, therefore producing more power. I would love to see a stock Honda 1.6 motor with a 500 shot of nitros...... That would give it what, 550 horsepower? LOL
