random background

i made this random background today...not quite sure what i'm going to use it for. maybe another site? well uh, tell me if you guys like it or not and all that good stuff.

not sure if it resembles a dragon, it dose sort of

Cant really say i like it. It looks like you got a bit crazy with a grunge brush. The image is too dark and is weighted to the left. Maybe add some lighter colors and some more graphic elements/shapes to "balance" it....not just add more "brush". I do like the circle/squares (upper left) so maybe you could expand more on that (maybe some diagonal lines coming from it.. that "cut" the rest of your pic into sections....). Also maybe include some text....maybe something related to dragon..or the word dragon itself.

Its not bad...but it needs some work.

I think it would make a good basis for a site. Needs some work but as a random background or a starting point for a site I think it looks good.

thanks for the feedback guys. like i said, it was just a little experimentation...not sure what it's gonna be yet.

i didn't use the grundge brush, i used some pictures i took, desaturated them and turned the contrast all the way up and used them to "eat away" at the shapes i made.

as for it not really resembling a dragon. haven't decided exactly what it is, just needed a filename. :D

lol usually when you dont have a file name the word "untitled"
comes in handy, :D

use it as a logo, it's nice
