That's...uhm...glue, patte! glue! *hides hand and dries the ...glue.. on his pants* And adding a space, copyPasting...tried 'em, won't work for moi. :( |

People having problems with my links has been happening a lot, although not to everyone, so Im not exactly sure the problem. I edited my first post if you still want to see it, but I got a couple good tutorials so thats for the input guys. tom |

A-Pek: I tend to think of flow as "how much ink is flowing out of the marker at a certain time." Therefore, the higher the flow, the more ink is coming out of the marker and thus the heavier the line will be. |

that's nice to think of for real life but it doesn't work like that in photoshop. well it doesn't behave like a marker at all is what i'm trying to say. look at the example i posted and you'll see. it's almost like doing a stippling effect in a brush stroke. |

one of the biggest things about digital painting is patience. just keep working at it. pick little parts at a time and ask urself whats wrong with it, then fix it. keep chipping away a little at a time and keep reworking parts that dont work. also, working in a huge format makes detail a lot easier. like 1600x1200 and up. that way you can zoom in a bunch and make somthing look great, so it'll definatly look better when you zoom out and look at less of it.
