Havent done any pure HTML designs in a looooooong time (damn flash...). I really didnt have much inspiration or anything..i just felt like making a layout. Poped into PS and this is what came out. Its simple...not "screaming" creativity but is quite effective. No idea what to use it for (not really the best choice for a portfolio [its the only content i have lol ] )..it might make a decent portal or something. Text = greeked and the header i just ripped from one of my designs and stuck it in there.

Yeah I love it too but how would you go about coding something like that? Straight code or would you use a program? I've been using Dreamweaver but I've had a hard time doing all the different stuff that you would need to make a site like that. Anyone wanna help me a little or point me towards a tutorial?

hmm, the layout is good... but I don't really like the gray in the pic.
I don't think it goes all to good with the white background.

i dont think the title of your website means you actually have to fade your graphics ;) the pic on your title bar should be full colour, the red spark shouldn't be um.. 'faded'

layout looks nice, maybe centre it or bring it up in a window that size...

That's not really that difficult to program, trhaynes. I would slice it up with imageready and do a couple of hours' worth of tweaking.

It's arright, but the logo is too matrixy looking and cliche. the textboxes could be spruced up too.

Thnx. for the comments.

As to the faded logo...its faded for 2 reasons. 1, i just wanted to see the inner bevel and 2, its part of another design so i made it look like crap on purpose. I just stuck it in there for reference. Im going to replace it if i actually turn this into a site.

Also that gray is the only color i like out of the websafe palatte lol. But i'll experiment with the colors some more. Maybe i'll experiment with the pages bg too.

how would you go about coding something like that

Well i could straight code it..i would only need 3 graphics...a 1 pixel shim...a vertical inner bevel and a horizontal inner bevel..but im going to use dreamweaver just to save time.
