Hey, its a start. Maybe instead of it being symetrical, you should try to make it more random and craaaazy. It also appears to be of low quality. Did you do a proper render?

Yes you do... JK, I think it looks alright kindof fuzzy but like you said you dont/didnt really know how to reder it properly, but i dont either so I cant really comment about that :P

There is a lot of green to it, but I still think it looks pretty good
