im guessing i may b wrong but did u do a gradient layer on that with some differnece clouds?

no i used a thing called "colour bursts" (its a tutorial) then i just edited a bit then i came up with that :D. i will do a sig of it later and sorry for putting this topic in wrong part of forum.
