dude from wat i can see is u just applyed wind , some fancy text overlayers n a lil bit o lighting,
for a first try yeh not bad but the background dosent have to b black, you could spruce it up a bit,

K, but uh.., what do u mean by "spurce it up"?, add color?

u could add borders/glow affect/radial affect n duplicate a layer on top, u no just use your head,

Umm, first off, you wouldnt be able to use it as a sig since its GeoCities which doesn't allow the whole direct image thing. Also, I don't think it's that good. Its basicly polar coordinates and a few text effects. At least thats what it looks like. Good first try tho.

O, well can ne body gimme n idea of wut 2 make?

its hard to read the letter, why dont you try a bigger font and texture fill it and then do the special effects on a different layer then mix them up instead of doing the effects dirrectly on the text.
