Green bg, need advise.

Hello I've been using photoshop for like 3 or so years now and i've got some skills but i can never apply them to a graphic to make it stand out and look nice. I have a bg i made while being very bored, i like it but i think it looks like a person who has used photoshop for amonth could of made. It's not finished i'd like some advice as to what i could do to add to make it look more than just a bg. Thanks.

For some reason my server I use is down right now so I am forced to use my evil homestead account.



So what can I do or add to make it look more than just a bg. I've drifted out of the graphics community for awhile now but i used to be known as ben aka icpboogieman some people might remember me from my massive posts on ezboards. Thanks for your time.

To me it's really all too confusing. Your eyes wander while looking at the pic, due to it's high contrast, and almost random texture. I'd recommend trying to keep it down to a simple design.

I was actually going for the confusion type idea. I just don't know what else to add to make it more than a bg as i've always had troubles with never being able to make a decent graphic because i don't have much artistic visions.
