I agree it need some more shadow work but other then that I think its a great start

Something about her face and head looks off to me, other than that, good job.

I think you've got the face down pat (which is the hardest part, if you were to ask me). Give her more curves though, bigger hips, and straighten out that shoulder.

use... more. .. colors .... define .. . highlights .. . and shadows .... . :(

i'm assuming you're doing this from a reference photo, because if you invest more time in the image, it would've been better. Something about those panties, lop-sided breasts, a lack of a neck and big masculine shoulders kind of freak me out.

then again, if it's straight from your mind, then i have to give you props for being able to come [somewhat] close to the shape of a human body.
