I doubt that was a 3D program. Looks like some sort of a Photoshop blur then chrome effect.

yeh i thought that , pretty sure its PS cause of the chrome affect .

Hehe yeah just play around in 3dsmax and make some renders the soup em up in PS airbrush is nice
