great work on that center piece but I personally don't care for the color you chose for a background ;)
The good news is the most important area of the piece (the center) is great...

I agree with Pank, the background color isn't working for me. The corner thingies are a distraction too.

......and im dying to know. It looks like a drawing..(or some very very good filters). It also looks like it could have been made in 3d (mainly because its so complicated). But if i zoom in....most if not all the lines are not straight (the have bumps...curves...etc) which leads me to believe it was hand done (and possibly mirrored in PS??).

Neither. It's a 3d program thingy.

Well i was wrong lol. But thats awesome cause the image really doesnt scream 3d. That would be really hard by hand though...a couple days work atleast!

As far as 3D shape stuff goes, thats pretty good and more original than most. The colour isn't all that bad for me, however this monitor at home seems to be off :P. The corner things are supremely tacky however. Simply no reason for them in my opinion. It's almost there... ;)
