nice red color scheme on the dragon, but could use more details, Im no that fond with that bg. the dragon could maybe stand on a clif or something???

Blah, I didn´t get any inspiration with backgroud, so I just rendered clouds...

i'm not really into the whole dragon thing but... if i was i guess it's nice just maybe add more to the background it's just clouds... and some texture to the dragon would look good too good job
