vector style

It's basically my second attempt on this kind of stuff, so any C&C are welcome.
I'm also wondering if I should keep it in this style:

i like the one without the green background better. it brings more attention to the shadows and highlights on the person.

They both look pretty good... the only thing I would change about both of them is to make her skin look like skin :P. Right now her skin is the same color as her pants/shorts... I think it would look much better if it was more of a skin tone

Yup I think it looks really great!
I'm one of those vector fans even if I don't use illustrator or freehand...but I like the simplicity in things...you can make so nice things with just so little colors and shapes.

As x_fusion_x said, the skin should be skin color...

I was going for an all grey pic at the beginning, but when I put on her tshirt it went out of control lol! I'll fix that, either comming back to an all grey pic or by changing the skin color
