Hi All
New to the forum so I figured I'd post a lil image I worked on today out of boredom.
I'll have to stop scanning body parts..........

Awesome!.

Just get rid of the big lens flare. Makes it look kinda cheesy.
Also as a tip...the places you used the smudge tool (or liquify...[eyebrow/nose]) select them(with lasso)...feather the selection (maybe 5 pixels) and add some noise! (Maybe in the amount of 1..i prolly wouldnt go past that)

you should work on the nose-sharpness and on the teeth. then remove the lens-flare and it's ok. and on the ... damn i don't know the english word... hair above the eyes not the lashes
