Too high and not wide enough I would say.

And also a little too italic maybe.

It's kinda dark, too.

The Bevel and Emboss on the text is too much. Try it at maybe 1px or 2px. This is also just a personal preference, but tallish sigs are kinda gaudy in my opinion. Make that sucker a bit smaller and she should look better.
