Hey, I've been at the same point you are right now.I've started on teamphotoshop but I left a year or so. I'm not telling that you suck but I don't use anymore more than 3 layer at the time and not using filter except when I do a website.

before hitting on someone else - post some of your own work so that others can tell you how lazy and impersonal you are...
no more than three layers eh? - boy you're a real guru ... show us some of that 3layered work... and using filters is not lazy - as long as you don't leave it at that and improve on the result...

Guerill@ i'm happy for you. Only i'm not sure that quantity of layers and not using filters are so important. We have different opinion about design and illustration. I also want to see your guru's works. Your site doesn't work.

I would make the tear on the face just a little bigger.
