where should I go from here?

Actually I guess I haven't done anything. Just some busy work with the cropping and placement. How should I make this look good? Make the canvas smaller and distribute evenly? Get more pictures and fill it up? Add something else in the upper left? Put in team logos or the stanley cup or something? Looks kinda plain and boring now. Any ideas?

It's alright I guess. I would up the quality of it, since it looks kinda choppy, and blurry. I would also add a background, but I'm sure you were planning doing so.

Also put something like "The Great One" in the top right or something.

I agree with jester there... the quality could be better!
And you definately need some text somewhere...

I saved it as zero quality because I dont have that much space on my (free) site account. Besides its just to give you the idea, right? It looks kina plain with all the white space - are there any filters or anything that I can do with it so it doesnt look so plain? Oh and with IE you have to click the make bigger to view it at its actual size. But I'm sure you knew that.

There's a few of those guys with the top part of their heads chopped off for no apparent reason, hehehe.

I think that's because the original picture was like that. But maybe I can try to complete the head. I tried to hide it behind other Gretzkys but I guess in some cases I didn't manage to.

Yeah, its a really nice start. But the cutting job is way to choppy and looks like you didn't spend very much time on them. But hey, I wouldn't either. That is WAY to many Gretzkys to cut out for just one picture. GOOD LORD! But I think in the white space you should definately add some text and a bigger picture of Gretzkey or something to do with hockey maybe? I don't know... something just has to go in that huge white area. You also definately need to smooth out your cutting jobs and make it flow. Cuz right now, it just looks like you cut it out with scissors quickly and scanned them or something. I really like the "collage" feel, but it just not nearly finished. Just keep working on it :P WHOA! Talked long enough... I'll shut up now
