LMAO... Jester, you have posted that same response for like 234 different posts, Just thought i would say something about that :P

Anyways... I think it looks great, the detail and everything looks great. I really like the wings and stuff, kindof looks real... almost makes it look like it would be possible to see an elephant with wings ;)

The feet/claws... are a little strange compared to the rest of the image, not really sure I like how that part of its body is MUCH smaller then the rest of him, but maybe thats they way it was intended to look i dont know :P

Guys, chill, I used that responce twice. Both in reference to the Elebat, and the tissueproject.

Now, to stay on topic:

The textures on the trunk, mouth, and belly look amazing. I'm wondering whether you made those by hand, or took an actual elephant pic and used that. It just looks too real. That part is 100% realistic. The ears however, are a bit cartoonish. Which isn't a bad thing here, I mean it is an Elebat... It's a very good looking cartoon in general... Oh, and the end of tail is kinda bad looking, it's seems as if you spent all that time on the creature, and then when it came time to do the tail you wanted to finish it so fast that you simply hurried to get it done. The wings are opacitated just enough to look both realistic, and cartoonish. Great job there. Shadow is immaculate also.

Basically the unique combo of an imaginary creature, and both realistic and cartoonish coloring make an awesome piece of art.

Now, I would add some more creatures for the Elebat...or an enviroment. It seems lonely.


Oh, and it kinda looks either drunk or stoned. Look at that red eye. Hmmm, maybe it's just how elephants' eyes look, I don't knoew...never really got a chance to examine an elephant's eye up close. However, I did disect a sheep's eye...
