winamp 3 skin (not a real skin yet)

This is my latest peice of work.. tell me what you think.. (if it sucks, its cause Im a beginner..)

nice start for a beginner

adjustment on the shadow is needed i think --
the shadow behind the thingy is too bold, and gives the impression its lying flat on a floor, but
the reflection gives the impression its stood up!!!

tone down the blurred shadow, and lessen the focus on the reflection...and let that thing shine

Nice enough, but it is a little large!

Yeah... i agree with what heathrowe is saying, and with what thehermit said. I would loose the reflection and make the shadow directly behind it... so that there is no offset. Im not really a big fan of the text along th top either. Other then that i think it looks alright

The black part could be smaller, but the red "screen" looks great
And the Play & Stop etc.-buttons could be similar to the volume/bass/trebel-adjusters.

Hey guys.. thanks alot.. i think im gonna loose the drop shadow, and add a slightly different shadow to make it look like its standing up.. I will upload it in a day or so that you guys can let me know what you think.. Thanks again!

its too wild.. personally i like the little minimal winamp skins.. so it doesn't take too much room on my desktop.. and uses less resources.
