haha the headlights are dead... fun - you know how they do dead fish in cartoons with X's where the eyes are supposed to be
very cute - Is that a Fiat 600? My uncle used to have one of those - now he uses it to provide chickes with a nice home - sturdy little cars tho

haha... i saw that one your site a few days ago, interesting... a lot of front end work involved on this one aye ;) I like the mud and stuff on there too, gives it a paavo look/feel

Pretty nice. Only a couple of things to touch up:
In 3 places you used solid black; if you check in your reference pic behind the headlights it isn't pure black, so I'd recommend changing your black to a lighter black.
The front left tire (its the original tire right?) has the dirt on it as shown in the original pic. But because you lowered the body, you wouldn't see the mud because there would be a shadow there. I'd say darken the mud so it looks like there's a shadow over it.
And finally, it isn't straight where the bumper would be. Otherwise nice job! Good job on putting the rims on the wheel also! Couldn't tell you put it on.
