I like the first one - tho I am not so sure the grungy stuff is very 70ish... also you could improve on the stock flower and "insects" brushes... still need work methinks...

the second is not really appealing to me - looks unfinished - there are jaggies present - uhh! -the perspective on the car looks kinda forced because of the way it is presented and the "find edges" filter is best used in addition to something else... this way it just adds to the general jaggedness... the guy with the gun ends too abruptly...
oh and shouldn't it say "we are looking FOR members"???

When cutting out images and pasting them have you tried to feather the edges. It give the outlines of the image a smoother, less "jaggy" edge.
