I was just messing around in Photoshop and decided to make a turntable. It's not that great but please tell me what you think. Here's the link... http://www.angelfire.com/space2/pstuts2/art8.html

I think the fonts are too big - maybe put more info - oh and put some cd's on it too - I saw a tut on how to make a cd - always wondered where a CD might come in handy

Very nice for a start. You could add a few things though. Um, like high, mid, and low switches for both records, a knob or switch to switch from left to right record (only heard in headphones), a few real time knobs ... those are always nifty. The blue stickers you have on the records should be bigger. You should detail them too. Like, put a picture or draw something out on them. You would need two volume knobs also, now that I noticed it. I've never seen turn tables that used a CD track screen (or whatever its called) but ... ok. You could add that kind of stuff to make it look more complicated and realistic. :D |

Thx for all the reply's. Besides, I said i did it for fun so it's not going to be extremely detailed. As a matter of fact, I didn't use a picture as reference and I know nothing about turntables so I kno it's very innacurate. What did that one person mean by saying Nice Boobs or whatever? Anyway, I added the LCD screen for a little fun addition and to cover a little bit of extra space. And I've never seen a turntable with CD's on it so I wouldn't wanna put CD's on it.
