I think it looks good, but the wave look kinda like hair.
When you look at the pic, it's obvious it's the beach because of the colours and STufF, but if you just look at the waves, they look like hair.

Judging from the pixelation up on the sky, and the copyright in the upper right corner, I'm gonna say Photomanip smudging. Still, a very cool photomanip in my opinion.

ahah whoops gotta turn up my monitor i didnt even knowtice the copyright when i used the picture. guess that ones not gonna stay in the perm. collection.
