Color Change

Hi everyone. My name is Mike, I am new here and fairly new to photoshop. I have an image that I have created in Photoshop 7.
I would like to do one thing with it however; I would like to take the green (all shades) and convert that to blue. Is this possible?

Any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated and I look forward to learning alot from this forum.

just marquee the area you want to change and go to Image > adjustments > hue/saturation and change the hue around until you get the color you want. or you can goto images > adjustments > color balance. and change the color. hope that helps
