i like that swirly stuff going towards the middle, and the center/brimstone kinda look. the bad thing...maybe think 256 color mode u know how u aim higher/farther to make the basket...yea...a bit bright+colorful. But has good potential with some reworking and a better colorscheme.

and i don't really follow the meaning for the text

too many different colors. the background could be more blurry and the blue radiation-logo doesn't fit to the picture.

looks pretty, but i hate the text and blue color here.

The background is the best part by far, the foreground looks a bit amatuerish (not sure of spelling), but I really like that BG.

Maybe make the text and nuclear sign more subtle, make them look recessed and darjer or something.

Putting something in the dead center of the page doesn't create any visual tension. Try moving it around abit.
