Graphic - Basis for site

Hey everyone.
I just received for my birthday a domain name and a hosting account through anywhere of my choice. Well because of this site, I Definitely was going to chose (mt) Media Temple. It should be up and running tommorrow at http://mistersmith.net. I created a graphic of which the site is going to be designed from - using the same colors font choices etc. You can find the prototype graphic at http://frozenframes.netfirms.com/mistersmith.gif Can I get a brutal critique? (and by brutal I mean sugar coat it ;) haha jk)

Yeah - big mistake - I accidentally never gave the url. Even though the site will be hosted @ http://www.mistersmith.net starting tommorrow - the prototype graphic is currently hosted here:
