oranjcrush... It's Photoshop, start to finish.... I used a ref photo of NYC to layout some of the small buildings... but it's all hand painted using manul perspective lines that I worked out using PShops oval, line and transform tools... For example:

i have seen this work a lot already. i've read all coments and always someone is shocking that it's Photoshop. Because you technique is really fantastic. Well, that's an example for us: some years of hard daily work... You are one of the best artist Philip with very unique technique.
