Nice. But a little bit too much noise, and the mouth looks a bit weird, and sort of flat.
But looks a bit like my sister actually :D

I'll post my slightly altered version, which makes the teeth look a little recessed.

I'm glad you all like it, I'll try reducing the noise to see what it looks like.

How did you get that barbed wire? Did you make it yourself or is it some sort of picture?

I like the colour as it is, the green colour makes it kinda scary, kinda x-files :P

I got the barbed wire (and the baby, and the skulls), from doing image searches on Google. When I'm making images that require things like teeth and barbed wire, I don't think it's really wrong for me to use catalogue and medical pictures, cuz it's not like I'm stealing art, and once I've finished editing everything in photoshop, it's no longer recognisable.

Here's an updated version, the noise is better and the teeth look a bit recessed, not much difference though.

thats cool..but the mouth does look flat
