nice work, esp. for only your second time doing photo manipulations. the mouth could probably use some work, because somehow it seems flat, or not exactly on the face. otherwise, pretty good.

Yeah I agre with sakatius, but other then the mouth it looks amazing for your 2nd photo manip... keep working on those man you got some really nice potential :D
