The background is composed of a photograph I took near my house, the "water" or foreground is made from the texture I used in my avatar at a perspective trasformation. I drew the girl, then loaded her into Photoshop for texturing, ect. It took me a long time to anti-alias her edges.

And as always becoz I say "bad" things doesn't mean I don't like the image...
It's just how I would have done it
well...
the girl and the background fit together with the colors but the trees and the girl...ahm...not sure...
Seems like you just had to get that girl there...
Haven't really got a point why she is there...
Then the water thingy...
Well imo it looks just like a filter from photoshop and I don't really like them...Okey they are nice if you see them for the first time and you don't know that they are filters where you just have to press OK on and it's done...
If you get my point?!

The water (whatever it is supposed to be) could curve more on the pressure of her body, otherwise everything looks good
I love the hair.
I think the "facelessness" fits more to the angel, because it's more of an abstract than a 'simple' girl.

yea, the "water" wasn't really supposed to be water, more so a flat like surface almost like marble *shrug*

I think it looks great.. the girl is pretty nice except for here face... but im sure that was planned to be that way... as for the "water" i think it looks alright, but maybe could be curved like Nelg said... but its still pretty sweet...
