I drew the angel freehand with a pencil then loaded it into Photoshop.

That really cool but imo the face is a bit wrong dimension.
And maybe you could use some other colors than just one...
But that's my opinion...
But still, really nice!

I think the angel could've been an androgyne, otherwise everything else is great

I don't think the angel should've been adrogenous, I think you were right keeping it female.

The only (small) suggestion I have is to maybe desaturate the background a bit, just a tad, so it's really subtle.

that is really amazing, I really like the detail in the wings, and the clouds and pretty much everything else in that image... the color works pretty good, for that style of pic...

The only thing i dont really like is her face, i think it would look better if she had a nose and a mouth, but her eyes are awesome...

Overall i think its awesome... nice work :D
