ok i've been messing around with photoshop for a few days now so don't be TOO hard on me....i've made a few things please tell me what to improve http://members1.chello.nl/~t.velden/ffx6.gif http://members1.chello.nl/~t.velden/new6.gif http://members1.chello.nl/~t.velden/anim2.gif http://members1.chello.nl/~t.velden/garnet.gif [EDIT] i've just noticed that the white borders really look crappy with this white background...so just pretend it's a black background :p |

I like the third one the most... It's just more my style than the anime ones... very nice work if you just started out! |

Kage use the pen tool and constrain it to 45 degree increments using shift

you can also just make a bunch of rectangles and skew them ( for the fast and ugly method) i'd make the largest one first, duplicate layer, chop it down, repeat. merge the layers once you have your shapes, ctrl + click on the layer pallete to select, then stroke 1px center. there's quite a few methods for doing the vector stuff. nice pics, no real complaints. they'd look really nice incorporated into a useable layout for a website or something. |

well i got a couple thigns that can be fixed.. other than the others who just say there good or whatver... well the first one i think the whole emboss with texture isnt working.. just find a nice clean font or something that matches up with the final fantasy typography. also your 4th signature is very right heavy.. what i mean by this is that your whole right sides contrast is very vibrant while your left side is very dole and transparent in a way.. the font needs to be moved down to the bottom right so it makes some sense of balance because your top left side is so white you need something to counterbalance it. these are just a few pointers. good job keep up the good work |
