i only like the text, the background could be more of black, kind of brings the text to the front, because you have very bright colors.

Maybe darken the BG or making a new BG.

Yeah i agree with censured, the text is cool, but i dont really like all of the dots to much :p

ok, i fixed a couple of things...i made the background darker, and got rid of the dots...

You know the color the eyes first register (kind of a magnet to the eyes) is the red color, you have some arrow kind of thinks in the BG. Try to darken the Bg and have less red color in the BG, becaus eyou want the Bg to be a Bg and have the text in the front.
