wow that thing is really messed up.... i like it :D

Its kindof like an optical illusion cause you cant really tell where if feet are compared to his arms... kind looks like he had 2 arms and one leg, or 3 arms, or 3 legs, etc... its awesome...

lol, i think the 'illusion' appears when he's trying to place where the second leg comes from or the hand, it might seem a lil confusing at that point in the picture
